A Desktop Precise SMT Glue Dispenser Machine is a compact, benchtop system designed to apply adhesive materials such as epoxy, UV glue, or solder paste with high precision onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) or other small electronic assemblies. Unlike inline systems used in high-volume production lines, desktop machines are ideally suited for prototyping, small-batch production, R&D, and repair work.
These machines use XYZ gantry systems, precision stepper motors, and micro-dispensing valves or syringes to control the amount and placement of glue for SMT components.
