LED Strip PCB Separator Description:
It uses 3 upper blades and 3 lower blades to separate with very low cutting stress to avoid bending issue.
Be dedicated to the separating of aluminum based light bar, high efficiency, long life, without deformation and burrs, greatly saving labor and improving company benefits.
LED Strip PCB Separator Features:
1. Easy operation, high cutting speed. First blade set separate 40% of board, second blade set separate 40% of board, third blade set separate the rest 20% to finish depaneling.
2. 3 blade set share cutting stress as a straight line, to make sure lower stress to avoid bending issue.
3. Very good positioning for smooth cutting even if light v-scoring.
4. Blade is made of imported high speed steel which is durable, life time is 6-36 months.
5. Cutting speed is adjustable according to different application.

LED Strip PCB Separator Applications:
It is widely used in LED industry, applicable for LED aluminum board,copper board,luminous tube,light bar,display board,etc.
LED Strip PCB Separator Blade Adjustment:
1. If the separated board is twisted, means that the three groups of knives are overcut, then we need to adjust the third upper knife, and raise the knife a little bit, so that the board can be cut without deformation.
2. If the separated board is bent, we need to adjust the two blocks on the right. If the board is concave bent, it means that the force of the block to the board edge is small. In this way, the block is closer to the board edge. If the convex bending occurs, it means that the force of the block to the board edge is large, then move the block out a little.
3. If the board is not cut off at one time, then we need to adjust the third upper knife down a little to make smaller blade clearance.
