Automatic V-cut PCB Separator Description:
It adopts the design of upper round knife and lower straight knife. During board cutting, V-CUT is placed on the lower straight knife, the circuit board does not move, and the upper round knife moves around to cut the board. The stress is relatively small. The board cutting mode of fixed board and moving knife can also effectively avoid collision during board cutting operation of circuit board and avoid hidden injury Component damage and other problems. It is suitable for all kinds of fiberglass boards, FR-4 boards, FR-1 boards, etc.
Automatic V-cut PCB Separator Features:
1. Adjustable separating speed: 500mm/s or 300mm/s.
2. Upper circular blade can be adjustable 0-2mm.
3. Operation platform is adjustable 0-50mm.
4. Cutting thickness: 0.2-3.2mm, V-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm.
