1)The whole equipment adopts square steel welding process with good rigidity. The frame has been treated by stress dissipation process. The surface is treated by white small pattern powder spraying and paint baking process, which is not easy to fade and wear-resistant. The frame has been processed by stress dissipation process, which can ensure the accuracy of the equipment for a long time, and the self weight of the equipment is nearly 700 kg. It can ensure that the equipment does not shake and the accuracy does not decline during high-speed operation.
2)The surface of steel parts of equipment is plated with hard chromium, and the surface of aluminum parts is anodized, which plays the role of anti rust and anti-corrosion.
3)The equipment adopts C5 level high-precision screw rod, P-Level silent guide rail, unique suspension installation and central driving mode, which can reduce the times and frequency of maintenance and reduce the wear of hardware. Cleaning and maintenance shall be carried out after the accumulated travel of screw guide rail reaches 200 kilometers.

8)The vacuum cleaner adopts box type vacuum cleaner with 2.2kW motor. The main body is made of integral welding, which is firm and corrosion-resistant. The dust storage part can be separated quickly to achieve the purpose of rapid cleaning. The paper filter element can prevent dust penetration, which can prevent secondary pollution to the dust-free workshop.
