This machine is designed for the panel with both V-cut and milling bridges connection. It comes with dual tables and dual spindles, one spindle for V-cut boards, another spindle for tab boards. It is widely used in electronics manufacturing, automotive, medical devices, LED lighting, and telecommunications. It prevents cracks, delamination, and micro-damage, making it ideal for high-reliability electronics.

1. The brushless motor drives the saw blade, with suction and ion air to reduce dust adsorption during the cutting process. Servo controlled Z-axis lifting, accurate control of PCB height.

2. High speed SycoTec spindle, fast cutting, equipped with vacuum cleaner and cutter breakage detection to prevent further cutting and scrap after knife breakage. Servo controlled Z-axis lifting, accurate control of PCB height.
